Application:

Flushing and soaking agent for one-component PUR prepolymer application units.

Characteristics / Directions for Use:

May cause swelling in non-resistant sealing material. All seals should be made of resistant materials like for instance Viton® (flouroelastomer), Teflon® (poyltetrafluoroethylene) or Cantellen® (rubber-bonded synthetic fibres). Very good gelling power when used with various polymers like for instance PUR. Clean units with Jowat® Cleaner 401.30 or Jowat® PUR Cleaner. Do not allow the cleaned units to stand empty, but flush with flushing and soaking agent Jowat® 403.30 and keep filled. Customer trials are required. Our Application Technology Department and our Application Specialists will provide technical data to assist you in your choice of an appropriate product for your requirements. Please observe the information in the section “Remarks.”

Storage:

The product should remain stored in properly closed original containers, dry and cool (15 – 25 °C). For best-before date, please see container label. After the elapse of the best-before date, it is essential that you again verify that the product is fit for your intended application.
